Below is a list of Fairtrade events that are happening throughout the county. Fairtrade Fortnight 2010 - 22 February to 7 March Tuesday 23rd February 11am - 2pm Fairtrade Roadshow Telford Town Centre. Friday 26th February Come Taste the Wine Fairtrade wine tasting at Prince Rupert Hotel, Shrewsbury. Tickets only - available from Ken Pattison on 01743 232670. Monday 1st March 11am - 2pm Fairtrade Stall Telford & Wrekin Civic Offices, Telford. Friday 5th March 10am - 5pm Fairtrade Stall Shrewsbury Farmers Market, The Square Shrewsbury. Ray Gill, from Bridgnorth, is doing a FT walk from Garstang, world’s first FT town, to Bridgnorth, Shropshire’s first FT town, calling at Oswestry 25 February, Shrewsbury 26 February (for the wine tasting!)and finishing in Bridgnorth with big FT event and reception on Saturday 27 February.
